The rest of the population are people from ages to 0- 25. The majority of the population is mostly men. The main ethnicity of Turkey is Turkish which takes up 75% of the ethnic population. Other ethnic minorities is Kurd, Armenian, Greek, and Jewish. Some of the main languages they speak are Turkish which is the official of Turkey, Kurdish, and other minority languages. The birth rate of Turkey is about 16 births per 1000 population. The death rate is about 6 deaths per 1000 population. The life expectancy for males is 72 years old, and 77 years old for females. The fertility rate is 2 children born/woman. The literacy rate is 95%. Everyone over the age of 15 and over can read and write.
